Nikki Allen

I started my career in the UK as Account manager in the media sales and digital industry.

Fast forward a few years after making lasting relationships in London, I relocated to Sydney where I found a passion for matchmaking in recruitment.

My enjoyment for making new connections was intertwined with my own personal passions in art due to working primarily in the marketing and creative industry.

My current role at Salt as creative specialist has lead me to focus even further on the ever changing creative space, now specializing in roles from graphic design to in depth UX/UI roles. Working perm, contract and freelance in this space allows me to remain current with market trends and keep my knowledge up to date.

On the weekends, you’ll find me keeping my personal creative flair alive with my nose stuck in a sketch book or visiting local galleries and exhibitions.
